Newnan Theatre Company is now accepting Fall 2023 enrollment for The Actor's Workshop.
Fall 2020 Workshop class
Join us for the fall semester of The Actor's Workshop that will entail a full scale production. Performers will focus on key acting skills such as, character development, physical movement, script analysis, actor preparation and more! Actors will get a chance to develop their craft in a safe and caring environment while also being pushed to grow as a performer. Performers will utilize their acting skills and be cast in a production that will rehearse during class time. A final show will be performed for a small group of family and friends on the last day of the workshop.

Thursdays, August 10 - November 16, 2023
4:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Cost
$300 total, pay $25 to register. The balance can be paid in full or in two payments ($175 and $150).

Meet Jensen Higley!
our teacher for 2023/2024
Jensen grew up in Los Angeles, where she studied Dramatic Arts at the University of Southern California. She has acted in television/movies like Days of Our Lives, Lifetime Original movies, and commercials. She is a voice-over artist and has also produced and directed various web-series, podcasts, and short films. Jensen's passion is the theatre, because “nothing beats the energy and camaraderie of live storytelling!” She is so grateful to have found the Newnan Theatre Company after moving to Georgia with her husband and two kids.
