Sponsor Levels

That are multiple options for sponsoring shows at NTC.


Silver Sponsorship - $1,000

Non-musical Plays or Blackbox Shows only (up to three sponsors per show at this level).

  1. Business (with logo if applicable) or personal name on posters, programs (half-page ad), paid print advertising and social media for sponsored show.

  2. Public acknowledgments on stage by director prior to all eight show performances.

  3. 1/2-page advertisement in show program.


Gold Sponsorship - $1,250

Musicals or any Mainstage Shows only (up to three sponsors per show at this level).

  1. Business (with logo if applicable) or personal name on posters, programs (fullpage ad), paid print advertising and social media for sponsored show.

  2. Public acknowledgments on stage by director prior to all eight show performances.

  3. Full-page advertisement in show program.


Platinum Show Sponsorship - $3,500 (per sponsored show)

Exclusive Featured/Top Single Show Billing: “[ABC Business] Presents [Show]” - (only one sponsor per show at this level).

  1. Top billing for business (with logo if applicable) or personal name underneath show name on posters, programs (full-page ad), paid print advertising and social media stating “ABC Business presents”

  2. Public acknowledgments on stage by director prior to all eight show performances.

  3. Full-page advertisement in show program.

  4. 6’ x 3’ banner in the theatre lobby (designed in conjunction with sponsor).


Diamond Season Sponsorship - $7,500

Exclusive Premium Advertising in Every Performance Publication (only one sponsor at this level).

  1. Business or personal name (and logo if applicable) included in posters, print advertisements and social media.

  2. Public acknowledgments on stage by director prior to each show performance (eight performances per show x 8 shows per year = 64 mentions reaching 4,500 patrons)

  3. Full-page advertisement in all Mainstage and Blackbox show programs (minimum 4,500 programs/impressions per season)

  4. 6’ x 3’ banner in the theatre lobby (designed in conjunction with sponsor).


Blackbox Theatre Naming Rights - $37,500*

Exclusive Blackbox Theatre naming rights for five years. NTC reserves these rights for a single sponsor at this level.

* Naming rights can be secured for a 10% discount ($33,750) if paid in full at time of contract signing. Otherwise, contract stipulates a $7,500 payment before the beginning of each season for five years. Naming rights include the following premiums:

  1. Business or personal name (and logo if a business) above the entrance to the Blackbox and also in posters, print advertisements and social media for all Blackbox shows and other shows/rentals of this theatre space.

  2. Public acknowledgments on stage by director prior to each Blackbox performance.

  3. Full-page advertisement in all Blackbox show programs.

  4. Optional, personal use by sponsor of Blackbox for one personal/business event per year.

  5. Conditional right of sponsor to use NTC’s logo and refer to its own Blackbox naming sponsorship for its own purposes. NTC reserves the right to approve the use of its logo and name and/or to require a disclaimer depending on the purpose and format of sponsor’s marketing efforts.


Mainstage Theatre Naming Rights - $50,000*

Exclusive Mainstage naming rights for five years. NTC reserves these rights for a single sponsor at this level.

* Naming rights can be secured for a 10% discount ($45,000) if paid in full at time of contract signing. Otherwise, contract stipulates a $10,000 payment before the beginning of each season for five years. Naming rights include the following premiums:

  1. Business or personal name (and logo if a business) above the entrance to the Mainstage and also in posters, print advertisements and social media for all Mainstage shows and other shows/rentals of this theatre space.

  2. Public acknowledgments on stage by director prior to each Mainstage performance.

  3. Full-page advertisement in all Mainstage show programs.

  4. Optional, personal use by sponsor of Mainstage for one personal/business event per year.

  5. Conditional right of sponsor to use NTC’s logo and refer to its own Mainstage naming sponsorship for its own purposes. NTC reserves the right to approve the use of its logo and name and/or to require a disclaimer depending on the purpose and format of sponsor’s marketing efforts.
